A controlled environment for your packaging

According to the NF EN ISO 14644 standard, a Clean Room is defined as: "a room in which the concentration of airborne particles is controlled, and which is constructed and used in a manner to minimize the introduction, generation and retention of particles inside the room, and in which other relevant parameters, e.g. temperature, humidity and pressure, are controlled as necessary".

The Saupont is equipped with 2 ISO 8 Class clean rooms (class 100,000) to carry out any packaging that requires a controlled environment.

COSMETIC / MEDICAL DEVICE (DM)

This clean room has 2 filling lines to meet the requests of our customers regarding sensitive products (Medical Device Class 1) and is governed by the ISO 13485 Medical Device certification.
