Who we are?
Conpalux was founded in 2008, and integrated into the Ateliers du Saupont in 2020, in order to create a leading global cosmetic products manufacturer with a strong corporate mission.
Our mission: to provide a global service of impeccable quality for the subcontracting of bespoke cosmetic and dermo-cosmetic products.
We do this by employing people living with disabilities, in order to provide them with quality employment and contribute to a more inclusive society.

We have equipped ourselves with state-of-the-art machinery, and boast an ideal location to provide services for Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Germany. Our expertise, which is unique in Europe because of our diversity and technical prowess, is a major bonus.
We have evolved based on the demands and needs of our clients, expanding our space and improving our equipment to increase our production capacity and responsiveness. Today, our stock of machines boasts more than 20 cosmetic bottle filling lines and seven manufacturing tanks, allowing us to fill over 30 million units per year.
We offer our clients complete flexibility, as we work with all kinds of cosmetic products, volumes and consistencies, as well as every conceivable type of packaging. We have also digitalised our process to ensure traceability and quality at every stage of developing a cosmetic product.

A human journey
While we keep a forward-thinking perspective when it comes to technology, we place people at the heart of what we do, by sharing our journey with our employees and our clients. Today, we have 400 employees: 70% of them are living with disabilities and actively contributing to society. The profits generated by our work are reinvested in our social project (employing new people, well-being in the workplace, social housing) and in making our work sustainable.
