We offer a unique infrastructure within Belgium:
Seven manufacturing tanks, ranging in size from 5 kg to 3 T
manufacturing small and large quantities of liquids, in order to fill between 1,000 and 100,000 units
Complexity
any natural formulations, in liquid, viscous, semi-viscous and solid forms
extensive expertise in skin care, hair care and medical devices
Manufacturing is carried out using high-tech equipment, in accordance with precise operating procedures, and validated by the cosmetic formulations lab. We strictly comply with hygiene and quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the cosmetics industry.
Total traceability within our cosmetics manufacturing plant
The digital management of the manufacturing process, and traceability throughout the production cycle, ensures transparency, reliability and quality. Our manufacturing plant for cosmetic products is ISO 22716 certified (GMP).
Our laboratory conducts inspections (physicochemical, organoleptic and microbiological) at different stages in the manufacturing process.
We ensure total traceability at every stage in the process, from weighing to manufacturing:
Quarantine and systematic inspection of the raw materials we receive
Reconciliation of raw materials before and after manufacturing
Various tests during production, in order to ensure compliance with specifications: pH, viscosity, density, etc.
Systematic conservation of a sample at the end of the production process
Fully digitalised monitoring of all operations within the unit
Our digitalised weight-control and recording system ensures the traceability and compliance of weights by the operator.
As a result, you benefit from end-to-end support and state-of-the-art technical equipment, in accordance with regulatory standards concerning quality and traceability.

A qualified water network for high-quality cosmetic products
We see water as a precious resource, both for our planet and as an ingredient in the cosmetic products that we produce. To this end, we strive to optimise our water network on a daily basis.
High-quality water
- Qualification of our water-production and purification system
- Cooling of manufacturing tanks by circulating rainwater in a double layer, and an efficient cleaning system that does not consume lots of water
An environmental commitment
- Treatment of 100% of water used for cleaning, and a project to reuse treated and purified water for cleaning purposes (2026).
- Upcoming integration of a steam circuit for thermal disinfection, in order to ensure the biological conformity of products
