End-to-end forming of food supplements, according to your formula
You have the formula, we have the tools. Conpalux can manage the entire production process, from mixing powders to shipping, including packaging in the required form, from small production runs to larger volumes, always with the same flexibility.

Mixing powders
Preparation of active ingredients in accordance with specifications, in dedicated ISO-7 premises.

Filling capsules
Encapsulation: sizes 00, 0, and 1, small and medium sized production runs, from 30,000 units upwards.

Jar packaging
Packaging of capsules in jars with the possibility of a welded lid.

Blister packaging
Packaging in strips of capsules, in pharmacy format from 1,000 units and upwards.

Casing, boxing and labelling
Insertion of blisters or jars in their final case, with the notice. Labelling and boxing.

Do you supply raw materials?
Our watchword is flexibility. As a result, we can supply raw materials if you wish or work with the ones with which you provide us.
What is the minimum volume for a production run?
For filling of capsules, the minimum volume is 30,000 units per production run. For packaging and boxing, the minimum volume is 1,000 units. We are the specialists in small and medium production runs.
What capsule formats do you propose?
We work with three standard sizes: 00, 0 and 1. For specific requirements, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can explore the possibilities together.
What are your production lead-times?
Our objective is to reach achieve a 4-week production lead-time, subject to all the raw materials being available on reception of your order. This lead-time may vary depending on the complexity of the project and volumes concerned.
Do you also offer e-commerce logistics services?
Yes. In addition to manufacturing and packaging, we can handle management of logistics right up to your end customers, including co-packing and e-commerce shipping. Based on your specific needs, with this option we provide you with a tailored quotation.
Do you manufacture gummies or tablets?
No. Conpalux is currently specialised in solid food supplements. As a result, we do not produce gummies or tablets.
